4. Account Verification & Order Approval

We operate under strict compliance protocols. We reserve the right to request official documentation or institutional identification to verify your professional status before approving an order.

We maintain the right to:

• Refuse service or cancel orders without prior notice.
• Limit purchase quantities per customer, institution, or household.
• Suspend or terminate customer accounts permanently.
• Report any suspected misuse, redirection for human consumption, or unlawful activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

5. Product Information & Disclaimers

6. Pricing & Payment Security

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable, high-purity nature of lyophilized research compounds and strict chain-of-custody requirements, products cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our facility. Refunds or replacements are handled strictly in accordance with our standalone Shipping & Returns Policy and statutory requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

• All products are supplied "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the exact dollar amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KingPeps Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal costs arising directly or indirectly out of:
